Return & Refund Policy

Returns

A return occurs when a buyer sends a product back to the Amazon fulfillment center. We will assess the condition of each returned item.

  • If the item is deemed sellable, it will be returned to your available inventory.
  • If the item is deemed unsellable due to defects or damage, we will determine the responsible party before deciding whether you are eligible for reimbursement.

Returned items are considered unsellable if they meet any of the following conditions:

  • The item differs from its original condition when first listed.
  • The item is defective, damaged, opened, missing required labels, prohibited for sale, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.
  • The item poses a potential health or safety risk to our staff or future buyers. Examples may include:
    • Consumer goods
    • Personal care items
    • Items with expiration dates or shelf-life limitations
  • Items containing non-volatile memory (e.g., digital cameras) that show signs of use will be marked as unsellable. If such items are returned, any device memory must be cleared.

For items you request to be returned to you, you can use the Amazon Fulfillment Buyer Returns report and locate the item via the Amazon license label number. Please note, if you track inventory using manufacturer barcodes, this information may not be available.

For inventory classified as defective or damaged by the buyer, removal orders must be submitted within 30 days of the item arriving at the Amazon fulfillment center. You may also request that your unsellable inventory be returned or disposed of automatically. For more details, refer to Inventory Removal Overview.

Return Timeframe

  • In most cases, buyers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Exceptions may be made depending on specific circumstances, including returns requested after 30 days.
  • If the returned item does not arrive at the Amazon fulfillment center within 45 days of the return request, the associated costs may be charged to the buyer and credited to your account.

Extended Return Periods

  • For eligible FBA baby products that are new and unopened, buyers may return the item within 90 days of receipt at no cost. Amazon covers return shipping, and you are not responsible for any fees. This policy does not apply to Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders.
  • During the holiday season, Amazon may temporarily extend the standard return period for eligible items to accommodate early shopping. For more information, please refer to the Holiday Return Policy.

This policy mirrors Amazon’s return and refund procedures for items fulfilled through Amazon, ensuring a smooth experience for your customers while protecting your inventory.
